These terms explain XSub's rules, restrictions, and user responsibilities.

By using XSub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

XSub is an experimental Mongolian speech processing service with the following features.

Text to speech: Generates speech from the Mongolian text you enter.

Speech to text: Transcribes audio recorded with a microphone or uploaded.

My voice: Try reading text aloud using a short voice recording.

XSub is in development and testing. Therefore:

Results may contain errors

Some features may change or become temporarily unavailable

Review generated audio and text before using them

Use caution when using results directly for important decisions, official documents, or legal purposes

You may use XSub for the following purposes.

Personal experimentation

Research and education

Generate and test Mongolian audio

Process speech in content you have permission to use

Lawful business experimentation and development

Using the service in the following ways is prohibited.

Record, upload, or imitate another person's voice without permission

Create fake audio that appears to be spoken by another person

Use AI audio for fraud, deception, or misleading others

Create abusive, threatening, defamatory, or illegal content

Upload personal information, confidential information, or copyrighted material without permission

Overload, damage, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system

You are responsible for the rights and permissions for the text, audio, and voice samples you upload.

You confirm that the uploaded voice is your own or belongs to someone who has given permission.

Content is used only to process the current request. Text, audio, and voice samples are not stored as history or used to train models.

Speech is generated using the voice sample uploaded for the current request.

This experiment is not intended to create permanent voice models or to store or reuse voices.

Recorded voices are processed at that time and are not stored as user history.

Results depend on text and audio quality, background noise, wording, and clarity of reading.

XSub does not provide the following guarantees.

All audio will be transcribed with 100 percent accuracy

All text will be converted into perfectly natural speech

Generated speech will always sound identical to your own voice

The service will operate continuously and without errors

XSub reserves the right to change, add, or remove service features, models, interfaces, and functionality during development.

The service may be temporarily unavailable during technical updates, maintenance, or testing.

XSub is an experimental service in development. It is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from errors in results, interruptions, incorrect conversions, or misuse.

Review generated audio and text before use. Users bear legal and ethical responsibility.

These terms may be updated due to development, technical changes, or legal requirements.

When these terms are updated, the "Last updated" date on this page will change. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
